If you are new to doing a photoshoot or you have experience working with other photographers. You may or may not know that every experiences will be different with different artists. Sierra ensures quality experience for all her clients throughout the entire creative process.

First step: The type of photoshoot.

​

The first thing you should decide is what type of photoshoot you would like to do. If you are doing creative portraits, do you have a specific concept in mind, or do you prefer Sierra to help conceptualize one for you? Are you in need of standout headshots for your business? Do you requiring branding content for your website or socials? Once you have decided which type of photoshoot you want to do, Sierra will work with you to create the perfect concept, styling, and location for your shoot.

2. Creative conceptualization and planning the photoshoot.

​

Sierra will get to know you through asking a series of questions that will help her determine the purpose of the photoshoot and your desired outcome. This will give her the tools to start creatively conceptualizing the shoot. As an artist, Sierra believes in storytelling, and creating a narrative in her art is very important to the process. The more she knows about you and your brand, the more Sierra can specifically tailor the shoot to you.

Sierra will create a mood board with inspirational photos of they style, wardrobe, makeup, location, props, and other variables that are essential to the production. She will also help with posing before and during the shoot, to ensure you are comfortable going in.

If you require a makeup artist or stylist, this can also be booked through Sierra, if you please.

3. Day of the shoot. 

​

On the day of the shoot, Sierra will meet you at the location. She will brief you on how the shoot will go, as well as help you with wardrobe and any last minute styling decisions. Her main objective is to make you feel as comfortable and confident through the entirety of your photoshoot, by directing any posing, movements, or emotions. This will ensure that she is able to capture those perfect shots.

After the shoot is complete she will make sure that you are happy with the content captured and that there isn't anything missing that you may want to include.

4. Post-production

​

Sierra will give you the option of either choosing your own photos for her to edit, or she can decide for you.  Turnaround time for receiving all the edits is usually 3 weeks. If you need the images sooner, this can be discussed with Sierra. She will provide you with a professional and private online downloadable gallery in both mobile and browser versions. If you require any extra edits, raws, or prints, these can be purchased at this time.

Refund Policy

I am committed to providing you with high-quality photography services and products. I understand that there may be circumstances in which you may request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we will consider refund requests.

1. Deposits and Booking Fees:

1.1. Booking Deposits: A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% is required to secure your photography session date and time. This deposit is deducted from the total cost of your photography package.

1.2. Cancellation: In the event of session cancellation by the client, the booking deposit is non-refundable. However, if you reschedule your session with at least 7 days notice, your deposit may be applied to the rescheduled date, subject to availability.

2. Refunds for Photography Sessions:

2.1. Quality Issues: I take pride in delivering high-quality photography services. If you believe that the quality of the delivered images or service does not meet the agreed-upon standards, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your images. My business manager will review your concerns and, if found valid, offer a reshoot or partial refund as appropriate.

2.2. No-Show: If you fail to appear for a scheduled photography session without prior notice, your booking deposit will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

3. Refunds for Promotional Shoots

3.1 There will be no refunds issued for promotional shoots. Promotional shoots must be booked within 3 months of purchase. Promotional shoots will not be booked in the summer months.

5. Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact us in writing at sierrastone@sierrastonecreatives.com and provide the following details:

• Your full name

• Date of the transaction

• Nature of the refund request

• Any supporting documentation or images

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days to discuss the next steps.

6. Policy Changes:

I reserve the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
